What to expect
Our Murph Mondays consist of: 1 mile, 300 squats, 200 push-ups, 100 pull-ups, and 1 more mile. It's a workout in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan. As always, all fitness levels welcome (substitutions/skips as necessary!) :)
